This week The Valla, Grace Mitchell and Hashbass are stopping by for a show.

Blurring the line between pop and rock, The Valla are an emerging band from London. The Valla began by playing shows at packed house parties for friends and fans, and pride their live shows on having that same feeling - energetic, dancing, intimate chaos. The Valla have sold out shows in London at The 100 Club and Omeara, performed at the legendary Isle of Wight Festival, and have been featured consistently on BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, Triple J and Spotify Official Playlists. The band recently released their biggest song to date 'Look At Me Now (Fuck It), amassing over 10k presaves and highly praised by press. The Valla have sold out multiple venues across London, including The 100 Club and Omeara. They recently supported The Lottery Winners at O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in front of 2,000 people and joined them on their UK tour. Recently completing the first leg of their 'F*CK IT' tour they've played all over the UK from Glasgow to Brighton!

Grace Mitchell is a blending 90s-inspired indie rock with raw honesty and a dry sense of humour. Born in Australia, raised in the U.S., and now based in Melbourne, her music reflects a life shaped by early industry exposure, tangled family dynamics, heartbreak, and healing. Now a mother, with a fresh perspective and sense of purpose, her voice feels more certain. With confessional lyrics and self-deprecating charm, Mitchell writes the kind of songs that feel like a friend telling you the truth over a late-night drive.

Hashbass is a Delhi-born music producer and bassist known for his emotion-driven, genre-spanning work. His early influences ranged from Hindi classics to ’70s–’80s pop, later expanding to Linkin Park, rap, and metal. A graduate of Los Angeles’ Musicians Institute, he was the first Indian to receive their Outstanding Student Award in Bass Performance. Hashbass has worked with artists including Sachin-Jigar, Ankur Tewari, Prateek Kuhad, and Wayne Brady, and has contributed to Coke Studio Bharat Seasons 1 and 2. He became the first Indian bassist to perform at Lollapalooza India. With 150K monthly Spotify listeners and 1M Apple Music streams, Hashbass continues to create instinctive, collaborative, and emotion-led music across styles.

Social Sanctuary is proud to be sponsored by Mountain Goat.
