Xani + Elana Stone
Electric violinist/vocalist Xani launches her new self-produced studio album “Keep Moving” engineered and mixed by Cristian Barbieri.
Influenced by Krautrock, psychedelia and art rock, this new direction fuels shredding violin solos, motorik-influenced beats and deeply personal songs and stories. Xani will be performing with Justin Olsson (drums) and Meg Kolac (bass).
Xani has appeared on ABCs “Spicks and Specks” and SBSs “RocKwiz” and was awarded Best Musician at the 2022 Music Victoria Awards.

She has recorded, performed and toured alongside Hermitude, Megan Washington, Josh Pyke, Kate Miller Heidke, Jackson Jackson, Ngaiire, Passenger, Donny Benet, Bluejuice, and melbourne comedy troupe Tripod to name a few. For her upcoming solo album she has enlisted the incredible Butternut Sweetheart (Luke Moseley) as bandmate and co-producer as well as Josh Pyke, Tony Buchen and Justin Stanley in various co-writing and co-production roles.
Opening the night is Indigenous singer/songwriter Jess Hitchcock who has stirred the Australian music and performing arts scene. She has performed with Paul Kelly, Kate Miller-Heidke and Tina Arena.
