This week Badass Broadcasters, Harry & The Ettes and CCTV (solo) are stopping by for a show. 

Broadcasting live from the apocalypse. Badass Broadcasters bring with them fuzz fueled overtones complimented by deep cut political undertone. High octane rock n’ roll seen through the kaleidoscope of modern life.
 

Pairing melodic folk narratives, with an ever present sense of energy and grit, emerging indie-rock band Harry & the Ettes (led by Harriet Braat). Inspired by the stylings of Babitha, Courtney Barnett and Caitlin Harnett & The Pony Boys, Harry & the Ettes’ blend of introspective lyricism and gritty guitar soundscapes, feels both timeless and modern. Following the success of soul-pop band FRANKY, which saw a sold out single launch at the Retreat and Triple RRR airplay - Harriet’s role as front person and co-writer has inspired her to start a new project that shows off her undeniable talent in a different world of music.
 

CCTV is the solo project of Melbourne-based singer-songwriter and guitarist Courtney (Coco) Constantinou, best known as the commanding front woman of garage-psych rock band Goldminds. Launched in January 2024, CCTV offers a moodier, more introspective sonic landscape — a raw and atmospheric blend of alt-rock, dream-fuzz, and emotionally driven storytelling. Rooted in the natural world and shaped by a deep curiosity of the heart, CCTV explores themes of transformation, longing and the echoes of past lives. Guided by intuition and sonic instinct, the project channels a timeless rock ‘n’ roll spirit through a modern, cinematic lens. With live sets described as ethereal and alluring, CCTV is a project born from spirit and instinct - a compelling voice in Australian alt-rock and a name to watch closely.
